Jesus on detachment

I've just added a new post to my Bible blog about the often neglected theme of detachment in the teachings of Jesus.

I've been meaning to write this post for years -- in fact, the title image I used was created in September 2005!

As it turns out, there was a lot more to say on the subject than I could manage in one post, so it's going to be at least a two-parter.
